By accessing this website or placing an order with Cosmophonic, you agree to the following terms.

Certain products offered by Cosmophonic may be available for preorder. Preorders require a deposit to secure a build position.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Preorder deposits are refundable until April 1, 2026
• After this date, deposits may become non-refundable due to materials procurement and production scheduling

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@cosmophonic.net.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice prior to final production.

Cosmophonic products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (including Stripe and Square). Cosmophonic does not store payment card details.

All content on this website—including designs, images, trademarks, and product concepts—is the property of Cosmophonic and may not be reproduced without permission.  

Cosmophonic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products, except where prohibited by law.  

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
